Shipping & Exchange Policy

1 - Delivery Policy

At GreenHouse GTA, we are committed to provide our customers with fast and efficient shipping. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

1 - Shipping Time:

- Our Delivery Service is available 7 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 01:00 AM EST:

Last Call: 00:30 AM for Inside Toronto locations ( Toronto, Etobicoke, York, North York, Scarborough ).

Last Call: 00:00 AM for Outside Toronto locations ( Brampton, Vaughan, Mississauga, Ajax, Oshawa, Whitby, Pickering, Markham, Newmarket, Oakville ).

- We offer same-day delivery in Toronto & GTA locations, with an estimated delivery time of 30 to 90 minutes after order processed.

- Delivery times may vary depending on traffic, weather conditions, and order volume.

- All regions in Canada with Mail Order: 2 to 5 business days.

2 - Shipping Fees:

a) Same day delivery in Toronto & GTA:

- Inside Toronto: Minimum order is $50. Free delivery start at $70.

- Outside Toronto (within GTA region): Minimum orders from $70 with $15 Delivery Fee. We offer free shipping for all orders over $200, while $10 delivery fee for orders from $100+.

b) Mail Order in Canada:

Same-Day Mail Order​ (All regions in Canada). Minimum purchase from $150 with 25$ delivery fee. We also offer free shipping for all orders over $200.

3 - Delivery Area:

- We currently provide service  30mins to 90 mins same-day delivery in Toronto & GTA (Toronto, Etobicoke, York, North York, Scarborough, Brampton, Vaughan, Mississauga, Ajax, Oshawa, Whitby, Pickering, Markham, Newmarket, Oakville).

- We also provide Mail order for All Regions in Canada

- Please check with our dispatcher to ensure that we deliver to your location.

4 - Packaging:

- All orders are discreetly packed to protect your privacy.

5 - Estimated Time of Arrival:

- Dispatcher will help you to process the payment for your order. The ETA will be given AFTER the payment has been processed successfully.

- ETA usual: 30 mins - 90 mins from Dispatch confirmed the order. 

 

Delivery times may also vary based on the availability of products and the order volume.

2 - Exchange Policy

At our cannabis delivery service, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer an easy exchange policy for our customers. Here's what you need to know:

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for you within 24 hours of delivery.

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery, and they will guide you through the process.

  • All exchanged items must be in their original packaging and unused.

  • We reserve the right to deny any exchange requests that do not meet our criteria.

Please note that we do not accept returns on opened or used cannabis products due to safety and health concerns.
